Our staff has been doing in-depth payments training since 1990. We started with payment terminals, then added merchant services sales training. In those days all training was face-to-face in a conference room setting.
In 2009 we launched the very first self-directed online merchant services sales training in the industry. We do white-label, customized training sites for special clients. Most clients use our standard training to take their team members to a higher level of understanding and skill level. Whatever your training need, we can provide a solution.
We do the Payments Workshop with you and your principals for two days. We are normally on-site with you for the Workshop to answer all of your questions and make best use of the time. We can do this on location at your offices or you can come to us. We will spend most of the first day working on the details of your business costs, pricing, profitability, KPIs, metrics and strategies for growing. Much of the second day will be reviewing your business plan, the agreements, best vendors, processors and partners for your company. We do two types of engagements: Project Specific and Time Based.
With Project Specific we create a Scope of Work which the client approves.
The Project Cost is based on the Scope of Work, deliverables and length of the Project.
With Time Based work we bill an hourly rate starting with pre-payment of at least 10 hours to start. Then we bill monthly based on hours worked.
